We all human beings running behind the beauty. Beauty is a subject that fascinates us. If you want to be beautiful, care and hard work is necessary for that!
But we ourselves are responsible for the loss of our beauty. In our personal lives, some of the bad habits that are destroying all of its health and beauty of the body.
Let's get to know the things for that we have lost our beauty...
1. BLASTING ACNE: Acne is a very familiar problem to our skin. Pimples destroys the beauty naturally. But when acne appears in our skin, we are blasting it! And then, spots appear in our face, a major problem occurs in the skin, and it has rarely been damaged our face.
2. REPEATED HAIR COLOR: Beauty with thick black hair is really different. But we have to change hair color many times in order to fashion. It damages hair! In that way hair health is seen for a while lose, lose brightness, and causes hair fall.
3. TOO MUCH EYEBROWS PLUCK: One thing is that the beauty of the eye, eye brow. Particularly for women, to increase their beauty they pluck eyebrows every month. But many of those who have been pluck eyebrows 3 to 4 times in a month. As a result, the skin of the eyebrows hanging below and loses the beauty of the eye!
4. LATE NIGHT SLEEP & TOO MUCH SLEEP: Life is so busy that we do not take care of myself. Do not thinks about the fitness of the body. The appearance of the body causes worst effect for night awake as well as too much extra sleep causes worst effects in the face!
5. JUNK FOOD: Taking good food, makes skin and the body is healthy. And we all know about junk food and it's effect of the body. Junk food is not healthy for our body at all, junk food destroys our skin, increases body weight, there was a problem in all sorts of categories.
6. SMOKING & DRINKING: About the bad effects of drinking alcohol or smoking, we already know a lot. These things do not only destroy the beauty the body but also pushing for death.
7. DO NOT CLEAN THE MAKEUP FACE BEFORE SLEEP: Many people do not clean their faces coz of laziness and go to sleep without makeup clean. But, if it is to become a habit, it is very bad for the skin and beauty will waste!
